Terms & Conditions

Bookings - When you book an appointment with h.m.sbeauty, it is a request to secure a slot. Your booking is not considered confirmed until I review and accept it. I may need to cancel or reschedule if it doesn’t meet my policies.

Lateness - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. I may not be able to carry out all of your treatments and the full cost will still be charged. You will not be able to rebook your appointment until the balance is cleared.

Patch test - A patch test may need to done 24-48 hours before your treatment. You will be advised whether this is necessary at the time of booking and it is your responsibility to ensure it is completed.

Failure to do so will mean I am unable to carry out that treatment. and the full cost will be charged.

Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please provide at least [48 hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the slot to someone else.

Payments - You can pay using [cash, card, or bank transfer] at the end of your appointment. Full payment is required at that time.

Refunds - No refunds will be given, unless it is proven that the problem occurred because of something I did during your treatment and it cannot be rectified. Please contact me immediately if you notice a problem. I reserve the right to charge a surcharge to the refund price to reflect the time and products used, should a refund be granted in any situation.

Client Responsibilities - Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, let me know at least [15 minutes] in advance. Children are not allowed unless discussed beforehand.

Health & Safety - If you are feeling unwell, please inform me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned before each use to ensure your safety.

Privacy - Your personal information is only used to manage your bookings and will never be shared with anyone else.
